Bac Ninh provincial leader encourages workers returning after Lunar New Year
BAC NINH - Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, on February 25 visited and presented gifts to union members and workers returning to work after the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday at Intermax Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Ngoc Thien commune.
Intermax Vietnam, which began operations in 2017, currently provides jobs for nearly 1,000 workers. In 2025, the company produced more than 750,000 garment products, mainly for export to the United States and Europe, generating revenue of approximately 43 million USD.

Average monthly income for employees reached around 12 million VND (460 USD) while production workers received an average Lunar New Year bonus of 16 million VND per person.
Notably, the company has secured major orders with its production schedule filled through the end of 2026, ensuring stable jobs and incomes for its workforce.

Immediately after the holiday, the rate of workers returning to the factory reached a high level, allowing the company to maintain production momentum from the first days of the new year.
The firm continues to fully implement policies and benefits for employees in accordance with regulations, while paying attention to improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, and enhancing workers’ spiritual well-being.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Viet Oanh acknowledged and commended the company’s positive results over the past year, particularly its ability to maintain stable production and secure income and Tet bonuses for workers amid intensifying labor competition among businesses and localities.
He urged the company to continue closely monitoring its workforce situation and proactively balance labor arrangements to meet production demands.
He also called for the full and timely implementation of legal provisions on wages, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, as well as the building of a safe and friendly working environment so that employees can commit to the company in the long term.

Emphasizing that the province’s industrial development strategy is consistently linked with social welfare guarantees, the provincial leader affirmed that local authorities will continue to accompany and create favorable conditions for enterprises to stabilize and expand production, contributing to job creation and higher incomes for local residents.
On the occasion, he presented 200 gift packages to workers, each including a 500,000 VND cash gift and presents worth 300,000 VND. The gesture aimed to encourage employees to actively engage in production emulation movements and strive to fulfill their tasks in 2026, contributing to the company’s sustainable development.
