Infrastructure investment project of Hoa Yen Industrial Park accelerated
BAC GIANG - The Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Phan The Tuan on December 16 chaired a working session to deploy the implementation plan for the investment project to build and operate infrastructure of Hoa Yen Industrial Park (Project).
The Project invested by Fecon Hoa Yen Joint Stock Company has a scale of more than 256 hectares in Dong Lo commune (Hiep Hoa district) and Tien Son, Trung Son, Huong Mai communes (Viet Yen township).

The total investment capital is more than 3.7 trillion VND (155.5 million USD), the operation period is 50 years from the date of investment policy approval.
Speaking at the event, the PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan requested the investor to promote its existing experience, closely follow the plan of the PPC to implement the project and coordinate with localities in site clearance as well as proactively carry out related administrative procedures, implement many procedures at the same time to speed up progress.

The sectors were ordered to coordinate and remove obstacles during project implementation, paying special attention to the provision of electricity to serve the industrial park.
The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board will be the focal point for implementing the tasks. The Working Group and its assistance team in charge of implementing the Industrial Parks established in the period of 2022-2025 are responsible for organizing and implementing the tasks and work for this Project; regularly organizing meetings to review the progress of implementation.
BAC GIANG – The Hoa Phu Industrial Park in Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province, has attracted numerous companies to establish production facilities. To create a favourable and safe environment for investors, the provincial police have supported these businesses in developing a model for a secure industrial park, yielding positive initial results.
BAC GIANG - The first phase of Yen Lu Industrial Park (IP) infrastructure investment and business project has a scale of 377 hectares.
BAC GIANG - The northern province of Bac Giang now has 9 industrial parks (IPs) attracting hundreds of thousands of workers. The high vehicle and commuter density during rush hour causes more risk of congestion and accidents. To ensure traffic safety and order, the police force coordinates with local authorities and related units to deploy many solutions.
BAC GIANG - To date, Bac Giang province has 10 industrial parks which received approval for investment policies with a total planning area of over 2,470 hectares, including over 1,680 hectares of industrial land and nearly 46 hectares of administrative service land for lease.
BAC GIANG – The Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 972/QD-TTg dated September 13, 2024 on the investment policy for the project to build and operate infrastructure of Chau Minh - Bac Ly - Huong Lam Industrial Park at the first phase 1 in Bac Giang province. At the same time, Hightech Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is selected as the investor.
BAC GIANG - Thanks to efforts to overcome the impact of storm No. 3, Bac Giang Power Company has restored power to most areas, ensuring operations in industrial parks. Currently, only a few flooded areas suffer power interruptions.
